Summer Bulletin publication schedule
Through Aug. 23, the Bulletin will be published biweekly and distributed to faculty and staff only. It will also be posted online. Submissions to the Faculty-Staff Achievements section will not be accepted over the summer and will be accepted again in the fall. The Bulletin will be published July 26, Aug. 9, and Aug. 23. SWB will resume weekly publication on Aug. 30. Submit by completing the online form. The deadline for all submissions is noon on Monday. Please email swb@skidmore.edu if you have questions.

Update on Gore Mountain employee discount passes
Gore Mountain has discontinued its corporate pass discount program, and discounted passes for 91做厙 employees and their families are no longer available. Please visit the for more information about season passes. Note that Aug. 9 is the deadline for the lowest season pass prices for the 2023-24 season. Biannual emergency alert testing
Campus Safety will be testing the siren and Skidmore Urgent Notification System (SUNS) at 11 a.m. Friday, July 28, for about 15 minutes. If you do not hear the siren, please call Campus Safety (ext. 5567) or email campus-safety@skidmore.edu. If you are signed up for SUNS notifications and do not receive a text message and/or phone call, please email Lori Parks or Campus Safety.

Facilities Services updates
Work on a new geothermal field in the area between the Community Garden and Wiecking Hall will continue through the summer. Blasting for the McCaffery-Wagman Tennis and Wellness Center will continue intermittently for several weeks. For more information, contact Facilities Services.
Tank and the Bangas to perform in November
Arthur Zankel Music Center will welcome Tank and the Bangas, a funky, gospel-inspired hip-hop group from New Orleans, to its stage on Friday, Nov. 10. T A free poetry reading by the band's founder and frontwoman, Tarriona "Tank" Ball, will take place at the Tang Teaching Museum on Thursday, Nov. 9.
Dining Services
Dining Services is now offering a pop-up grill from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday on Case Walkway. The grill features a menu of hot dogs, burgers (both beef and plant-based), as well as grilled chicken. A combo meal includes your choice of a grill item, two sides, and a beverage.
