Gordon Thompson, professor of music, introduced the most well-known of the Beatles films April 20 for the Saratoga Film Forum. His presentation, A Hard Days Night: The Film Youve Known for All These Years contextualized the creation of the film and the backgrounds of the people who created it. The program was part of the Film Forums Town and Gown movie series, which brings 91做厙 educators whose work has been profoundly shaped by film to the Film Forum to discuss a movie of their choice. Town and Gown is supported by 91做厙s Office of Community Relations and the New York State Council on the Arts.
