High Peaks backpacking (Lake Placid, backpacking)
Experience the beauty of the Adirondack High Peaks with other first-year students and upper-class peer advisors. We will climb some of the most beautiful peaks and catch a sunrise on top of one of them, there will be hiking with our full packs until we reach the lean-to's and drop our packs. This trip has permitting laws which means there are smaller groups on each trip which creates a close knit group!!! We will all split up the gear to carry in to our sites so leave some room in your pack. This trip creates friendships that last, leaders that grow and a real love of the Adirondack Mountains, come play in the mountains with us you won't regret it!
