Travel
The Purchasing Department can help you book your travel arrangements to take advantage of college discounts, special rates and other services. Through our association with various travel agencies, you can schedule business or personal travel—including your transportation, hotel, entertainment and travel insurance. The responsibility for travel accounting lies primarily with the Financial Services Office. On their site you will find links for the policies and documentation you will need on your trip: travel expenses, what items are authorized for reimbursement, and availability/use of 91°µÍø Business Visa cards.
Travel Agencies
Christopherson is our travel partner. To book travel you first need to create a profile. Please contact Carol in Purchasing to get a link to create your profile or with any questions about travel for 91°µÍø.
The online booking tool can be used once your profile is created and you have received a confirmation e-mail where you set your password.
For agent assisted reservations, and for all complex international travel please call 1-800-285-3603 or e-mail university.travel@cbtravel.com for any new travel reservations. Please be sure to have your general ledger account number handy when you call as this agency holds one of our 91°µÍø p-cards and will charge your airfare directly. You will also need to provide the name of the traveler and other information (exactly as it appears on the traveler’s identification).
AAA Northway is our local travel agency option. They are open Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., until 6 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday.
Our travel agent is DJ (Donna) Lange. She is located at the AAA Northway offices at 26 West Avenue (across from the train station).
Please note that AAA Northway offers other services, such as passport photos.
