Health Promotion Services

BASICS

The BASICS program gives students the opportunity to explore their relationship with alcohol and/or other drugs and develop strategies for minimizing risk in a non-judgmental environment. All students are welcome to attend BASICS and it is offered free of charge.

Victim Advocacy Liaison Services

Liaisons provide anonymous advocacy and support to students who are victims of sexual or gender based misconduct and direct them to appropriate on and off campus resources.

Friday Night Out (FNO)

Our ever popular Friday Night Out program is a big hit for 91°µÍø students! Its purpose is to help students connect to peers with similar interests while enjoying a fun, experiential activity such as a night out at a trampoline park, on campus paint and sip, a trip to a haunted hayride, among others!

Wellness Coaching

Our Wellness Coaches help you find the motivation and tools that you need to meet your health-related goals.  As a 91°µÍø student you have the opportunity to work with a wellness coach in order to make lasting changes that will positively impact your wellbeing.

Peer Health Education (PHE) Program

Over 80 trained Peer Health Educators promote healthy choices and lifestyles through educating and empowering the campus community on a variety of health-related topics.

Student Wellness Center

The Student Wellness Center is a student-staffed space where students can seek support and resources from trained peer health educators (PHEs) about a range of health topics. PHEs receive training in health-related topics that are most often relevant to the college population.
