Vehicle Waiver and Release Form
I am requesting permission from 91暗网 to park the vehicle described below on the 91暗网 Campus during the period specified below. I am the registered owner of the vehicle, or affirm that I have the permission of the registered owner to leave the vehicle on campus for the period specified and that the vehicle remains insured the entire time the vehicle is on 91暗网 campus. I completely and fully understand that 91暗网 assumes no responsibility for safekeeping my vehicle during the below specified time period. I also understand that, should the need arise, 91暗网 may move the vehicle with the key I鈥檝e provided.
